Community Resource Events

We host community resource events to share resources with people with low-income. We partner with organizations that are connected to the community so that we can reach people in need.

Volunteering

We help out at volunteer events to give free food, clothes, and other community service events. We provide a list of nonprofit organizations that host volunteer events, both in-person and online.

Guiding Individuals Toward Stability & Independence

New Operations Manager - November 2024

Our new Operations Manager joined the team as we volunteered at Interfaith Works. We organized donations and shared resources while engaging with community members in need.

Soccer Game & BBQ - August 2024

We hosted our first fundraiser to support our sustainability projects in Kenya. We had a barbecue and played some soccer games, and shared information about our new initiative, Hungry 4 Change Kenya.

Honduras Volunteering - June 2024

We volunteered at a nonprofit in Honduras called ACOES, which provides support to children, parents, and elderly through education, food, medical support, and more. We learned about their projects, their schools, and different methods of providing support.

Kenyan Tree Project-November 2023

We are piloting our Kenyan Tree Project, which is part of our larger program, Hungry 4 Education. We are creating self-sustainable projects to help them community to become independent. We are empowering local farmers by assisting them in planting cash crop trees so they can generate for income to provide food for their families.

What We Do

We empower individuals through hosting events to help people register to vote, complete applications for rent relief, energy bill, unemployment insurance, and other social services. We communicate information about voter registration by sharing voter registration requirements, applications, and support services. Our goal is to support people in need by helping them to rise from their current situations by addressing their immediate needs and the root causes of their issues through our referral-based network of providers and individualized case management.
