Short-term Goals
- Collaborate with local farmers to plant cash crops to increase their income
- Build a farm on Sho Sho Alice’s land to demonstrate the entire farming process
- Provide 20 farmers with seedlings, pesticides, and training
Long-term Goals
- Build a well to increase water supply for agricultural and domestic uses
- Help the community to create their own self-sustainable farm to maintain the meal programs in their schools

- Develop systems for communities to independently maintain their own food programs without external assistance
Program Plan:
- Prepare the tree seedlings in our tree nursery.
Talk to 20 farmers about planting trees in their farms.
Show them the process when we have the seedlings in the bags and the ground is prepared.
Give seedlings and pesticide to the farmers (we will help them start).
After 2 years, they will be able to harvest Moringa trees, and after 3 years, the Avocados and Aloe Vera.
They will be able to buy more seedlings and pesticides if they want to expand.
